The CBT/DBT Center is on a mission: to make mental-health treatment that’s proven to work accessible to our community.
We advocate for and train therapists in treatments based on evidence. That means when we practice a type of therapy, it’s because it’s been shown to get our clients where they want to be.
You deserve treatment that makes a difference you can see.

We Are Here For You
Ariella Gettenberg Postdoctoral Fellow
As Albert Einstein once said, “In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity,” and I couldn't agree more! Whether it’s the opportunity to get to know ourselves better, actualize our potential, or improve our relationships, I invite you to see what therapy has in store for you.
Rabbi Yitzchok Jaeger Rabbinical Advisor
When I began teaching in seminaries, it quickly became apparent that quality mental health care is a necessity for our community. It is a pleasure to collaborate with clinicians whose top priority is treatment that is effective for their clients within the proper halachik and hashkafik framework.
Still have questions about the support we offer?
It’s hard to go for treatment.
You should come into it feeling like you know what to expect.
