Committed to up-leveling mental health care in the frum community

Our Mission

Everyone in the frum community should know about and have access to therapy that works and doesn't go on forever.

We hope to get there by:

  1. Providing high-quality mental health treatment that gets results efficiently for frum people.

  2. Connecting frum mental health professionals with high quality training in current evidence-based practices.

  3. Serving as a lighthouse of information, so that people in the frum community are aware of what good mental health care looks like and  what type of help to get if needed. And while not everyone needs therapy, everyone deserves to know what works to make the changes they want to make.

Our Values

Our main value: We help you based on where you are to get you where you want to be.

Flexibility within fidelity

You are unique. We stick to frameworks that have been proven to work, while adjusting specifics to fit your situation

High standards of care

You deserve the best. We are committed to staying on the cutting edge of mental health care, so you get better, sooner

Realistic and empathetic treatment
Your complexity is beautiful. We don’t tell people to deal with the hard stuff and then come to us. We’re here for you right through the hard stuff

Our Team

While each professional on our team comes from a different training background and a different personality and flavor, we are all committed to a high level of care.

Everyone is intensively trained in DBT, participates in our consultation team, receives ongoing supervision, and engages in advanced training and education.

We’ve got a bottom line for competency and are unwilling to compromise on your care.

Our Approach

People experience lots of different mental health challenges, and there isn't a treatment that is the "right" one for everyone.

We are committed to evidence-based practice

What that means is we:

1) understand your preferences

2) use our clinical experience to guide us

3) maintain an awareness of what science currently says

That last one is especially important.

There’s typically a 15-year(!) research-to-practice gap, but we want to know the best of now, so we facilitate getting you where you want to be as soon as possible.
