DBT Skills Groups
Our DBT skills groups are all exclusively virtual so participants can maintain their privacy within our community.
At the same time, all participants join our groups because they are working on themselves and remain respectful of other group members.

Our groups are open to anyone in current individual therapy, whether or not their individual therapist is doing DBT with them. If your therapist agrees that the group would be beneficial and is open to collaborating with us, and our team feels group is an appropriate addition to your current treatment plan, we'd be happy to have you join.
Give us a call to find out more!

I’d like to join your next DBT skills group - how do I do that?
You can give us a call to schedule an intake prior to starting a DBT group. That’s a 90-minute session during which we get to know you, discuss your goals, and decide whether this is an appropriate addition to your current treatment.
We speak to your current therapist and decide together with our team about accepting you for group only, or whether we recommend full DBT (which would include group, individual therapy, and phone coaching).
Once we agree that you are a fit for the group and ready to join, you will have a 30-minute orientation session with one of our clinicians. We will tell you all you need to know about joining the group, and you will be able to ask us any questions that you may still have.
After the orientation session, you begin the DBT skills group! You will have follow-up check-in sessions every 12 weeks or so. We will also check in with your primary therapist every 12 weeks or as often as needed. You will graduate after 6 months/1 year depending on your needs.
